Watch the video highlites of the NY Liberty home-opener win over the Chicago Sky.  NY certainly made it interesting, blowing a 16-point lead, but what NY fans saw was a Liberty team that, as center Taj McWilliams-Franklin put it,  “weathered the storm and found a way to win.”  Chicago came in desperate for a road win, having been blown out by Connecticut the night before.  Sylvia Fowles had a game high 23 points and pulled down 8 boards.  The Liberty bench outscored the Sky reserves 25 t0 19 and NY shot a healthy 51% from  the field.  The third quarter did Chicago in, they allowed the Liberty offense to go on a 18-0 run and take a 16-point lead.
