The 105th Millrose Games was held in New York City’s Armory Track. A beautiful track awaited some of the top athletes in Track & Field, some for their first Millrose Games appearance.
In the Women’s 400 meter dash, Olympic Gold medalist (4×400) Sanya Richards-Ross went right to the front and was never really challenged, smashing the Armory record with a 50.89 victory. Natasha Hastings ran 51.85 to take second.

Bianca Knight wins Women’s 60m Dash
Bianca Knight scored a 7.25 win, just ahead of Jessica Young (7.26) and Trisha Ann Hawthorne (7.27).
Simpson & Rowbury battle in NYRR Wanamaker Women’s Metric Mile
World champion Jenny Simpson ran a strong race, holding off Shannon Rowbury to win the women’s 1500 in 4:07.27, the fastest time in the world so far this season. She was pushed all the way to the wire by Shannon Rowbury (4:07.66).
