New York — Tatyana McFadden continued her dominance of the New York City marathon winning her third consecutive title on Sunday and in the process, completed a back-to-back-to-back Grand Slam.
McFadden won the wheelchair title with a course record of 1:43:04 and cap off an incredible third consecutive year of winning London, Boston, Chicago and New York.

McFadden, 26, of the United States, led wire-to-wire to win the women’s wheelchair division in an event-record time of 1:42:05, shattering the previous record of 1:50:24 and capturing her third-consecutive Grand Slam of London, Boston, Chicago and New York Marathons in the same calendar year. Overall, this is her fourth win in the Big Apple.
