Team USA Sprinter English Gardner is having a spectacular warm-up to the upcoming Team USA Trials in July. Gardner has won two of the three IAAF events she has entered leading up to the US Trials (she was just edged by Elaine Thompson (JAM) in the Rome). Gardner was a five-time NCAA champion with the Oregon Ducks track and field team, winning two 100m titles, two 4×400m titles, and an indoor 60m dash title.

Gardner is seeking to make her first Olympic team, having just missed making the London 2012 team. Her in-season form, peaking at the right time, should boost her confidence tremendously.

Watch Olympic Trials: Gardner wins 100m Final with new PB of 10.74!
