NCAAW: Baylor Lady Bears win their third consecutive Big 12 Championship

2013-03-11 –  Brittney Griner’s final Big 12 game was another memorable win for the Lady Bears of Baylor.  Griner led the way for the top-seeded Bears (32-1) with 31 points, which tied her own Big 12 Championship Game record.  Junior point-guard Destiny Sims added 20 point as Baylor cruised past Iowa State for a 75-47 win, their third consecutive Big 12 title.

Anna Prins had 20 points for the Cyclones (23-8), who were playing in their first Big 12 title game since 2007.

Next up for the Lady Bears, defending their NCAA Championship.
