Lexi Thompson claims seventh career LPGA title with six-shot victory at Honda LPGA Thailand

With her win, Lexi is projected to move from No. 4 to No. 3 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings, her highest world ranking of her career.  Lexi will surpass Stacy Lewis as the top-ranked American, a spot Lewis has held since June 12, 2012.

Lexi becomes the first American winner in the event’s 10-year history and youngest to win, besting Yani Tseng who won as a 22-year old winner in 2011.
