Anne Donovan Becomes First Female WNBA Head Coach With 200 Wins

Tuesday’ Connecticut Sun win at the Mohegan Sun Arena was more that just a “W” in the win column for the home team, it added just another bullet point to a resume that has earned Donovan a reputation as one of the best coaches in the league. The victory was Donovan’s 200th victory as a head coach – making her the first female head coach to reach that mark in the WNBA.

Donovan joined Mike Thibault, Van Chancellor and Dan Hughes on the list of coaches with at least 200 wins as WNBA head coach.
